I've read a lot about procrastination, but whatever I do, I can't stick to. Everytime I sit down to do something that needs to be done, I have a panic
attack, the longest time that I actually didn't procrastinate is one day. This habit is leading to so many more problems, like skipping school because I
don't have the work done, or lying to cover...geez this sounds whiny, but I'm not sure how to change. I just hope that people who have the same problem
out there give me some advice
