I used to be a chronic procrastinator and it was really ruining my life. None of the books I read on related topics really dealt with the problem effectively. I had to do my own deep research and come up with my own answers. I finally discovered that the reason why I procrastinated and struggled against myself was all to do with the unrealistic desires that I set for myself.
